Recommended way to enjoy Miyako salt dashi shabu-shabu
First, put a lot of cabbage and seaweed in a pot. Once the cabbage is cooked, add the meat and roll it up with the cabbage and seaweed and enjoy.Add island tofu, kuruma-fu, or homemade meatballs whenever you like.If you like, try adding citrus juice or island chili paste to change the flavor.
