[Recommended ways to eat shabu-shabu]

Please put lots of cabbage and seaweed in the pot.

Once the cabbage is cooked, add the meat and roll it up with the cabbage and seaweed and enjoy.

Add island tofu, kuruma-fu, or homemade meatballs whenever you like.

If you run out of salty broth, please feel free to let us know.

If you like, try adding citrus juice or island chili paste to change the flavor.

*Once the salt soup stock boils, reduce heat to low and enjoy.
